Gilbert Cosmo Dog Park Lake Improvements

This project delivers the town’s first major lake restoration project under the CMAR method. Willmeng dredged the lake, installed a lake liner, upgraded pump systems, and installed new aeration equipment to improve water quality and circulation. The team also enhanced accessibility with features such as dog entry ramps and upgraded dog wash stations. Additional improvements included new sod, sidewalk replacements, and the construction of a new ramada to support community recreation.
