This project is a 52,000 SF renovation of the Town of Gilbert’s Municipal Building I. The two-story public building houses several departments, including the Mayor’s office, Town Manager’s office, Information Technology, and several other critical town functions such as finance and human resources. The project is being completed with a phased approach, utilizing swing space and closely coordinated departmental moves. The scope of work also entails the construction of new restrooms to accommodate higher space utilization density. This renovation modernizes the municipal offices for the town’s staff, creating a more vibrant and collaborative atmosphere, also improving the experience for the general public.
