The Town of Gilbert’s historic Water Tower Plaza, located in Gilbert’s Heritage District, is undergoing improvements to better support the district’s needs and update the existing aging infrastructure. The project scope includes the upgrade and replacement of the existing splash pad operating system, reconfiguration of the open space areas, the addition of a new restroom building to fit the pump house and IDF room, modification of existing parking area, expansion of shaded areas, and general improvements and upgrades to the existing space.
