The Kierland II project was completed in three phases, transforming the building into a premier office and lifestyle space. Phase one involved the build-out of five high-end spec suites, one on level one and four on level two, featuring premium offices and conference rooms. Phase two introduced top-tier amenities, including coffee shops, an entertainment room, and a state-of-the-art gym, enhancing the tenant experience. The final phase focused on renovating the building’s exterior skin, modernizing its appearance, and providing long-term durability. This phased approach delivered a seamless upgrade while maintaining functionality throughout construction.
