As one of our first self-perform jobs, Willmeng navigated new internal workflow oversight, separation of responsibilities, and process alignment while delivering a seamless tenant-improvement experience for the client. The scope of work included acoustical ceilings, painting, and the installation of 15 doors and frames. Additional improvements consisted of fiber-reinforced paneling, two refrigerators, and bollards at fire riser and forklift charging locations at the site. Willmeng’s self-perform crews led the work safely and efficiently, resulting in a minimal punch list and a smooth turnover to the client.
