McDowell Road and Perryville Road

Key Infrastructure Elements:

• Title 34 CMAR Construction
• McDowell Road: 0.5 mile of 7-lane Major Arterial roadway including large diameter utility infrastructure (water, sewer, and major storm drain infrastructure) and electrical infrastructure (street lights and traffic signals). Also included a major regional drainage construction along McDowell and Perryville Roads for Maricopa County Flood Control.
• Perryville Road: 0.5 mile of 7-lane Major Arterial roadway including large diameter utility infrastructure (water, 23’ sewer, and major storm drain infrastructure) and electrical infrastructure (street lights and traffic signals). The sewer line also included a jack-and-bore under the I-10 freeway.
