Mesa Gateway Library

Willmeng is constructing the new 28,146-square-foot Mesa Southeast Library to serve the growing Eastmark community. Located adjacent to Great Park, the facility will provide integrated access to both recreational and educational resources.

The library will feature Zoom rooms, a multipurpose room, a teen area, restrooms, and full building systems including HVAC, fire suppression, and advanced data infrastructure. Exterior improvements include a parking lot, playground, and a 2,592-square-foot outdoor deck with patio space.

Designed with high-performance materials—including Corten metal roofing, rusted-look panels, and low-e glazing—the building will offer a modern, functional space for community use.
