Mission Park Spec Suites

The Mission Park Spec Suite tenant improvement project was completed in an empty shell space. The scope of work included the construction of a new office suite in the warehouse, updated lighting and electrical, installation of new plumbing for restrooms, additional new mechanical, and structural support where needed.
