Notre Dame Preparatory High School’s new St. Catherine of Bologna Performing Arts Center will serve as both a theater and a teaching space. Upon completion, the two-story center will consist of 19,821 SF of multi-use space, including a “black box” theater; classrooms for the school’s performing arts programs; and a video production studio. The building itself consists of a masonry shell with an exterior skin composed of stucco, stone veneer, and exposed burnished concrete masonry units.
