Palm Valley Commerce Center – Bldgs. B & C

As the second phase of the Palm Valley Commerce Center development, we are rounding out the construction of two modern industrial facilities (Building B & C) in Goodyear, Arizona’s growing Phoenix-Goodyear Airport submarket.

Building B totals 57,720 square feet with a front-loading design, 22-foot clear height, 17 dock-high and nine grade-level doors, and 102 parking spaces. Building C spans 11,280 square feet with a rear-loading layout, 30-foot clear height, 35 dock-high and 11 grade-level doors, and 185 parking spaces. Both buildings feature flexible divisibility to accommodate tenants of various sizes.

Designed for efficiency and access, Palm Valley Commerce Center will provide state-of-the-art industrial space for diverse users. Once complete, the three-building campus will total 294,840 square feet, reinforcing Goodyear’s position as a leading industrial hub and making it one of the most adaptable new industrial developments currently underway in the region.
