Papago Distribution Center

The Papago Distribution Center 3 project included improvements to the industrial building including two new loading ramps for new tenant use, new carpet in the office areas, fresh paint, and updated conference rooms. In addition, the following features were added: open office spaces for cubicles, conference rooms, a break room, and copy rooms in the mid-rise building. The industrial building is ideal for manufacturing with its heavy power and rail-served. It’s also located less than 1 mile to I-10 freeway full diamond interchange via 43rd Avenue and 51st Avenue.
