Willmeng’s Porsche North Scottsdale project comprises a complete ground-up construction of a 75,000 SF luxury car dealership designed to meet the demands of both electric and traditional vehicles. The facility includes a 35,000 SF service area with advanced infrastructure, such as heavy-duty vehicle lifts, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and automated fluid storage systems at each workstation. Its sleek architectural design features a striking facade of masonry and metal panels, complemented by a two-story glass entry and showroom reflecting Porsche’s dedication to excellence.The dealership’s first floor provides an open, inviting space housing a main showroom, customer waiting area, and sales offices. The second floor supports day-to-day operations with administrative offices, conference rooms, and staff amenities. A unique highlight of the project was the installation of an escalator, which takes customers to the upper waiting area and retail space.Willmeng’s scope extended beyond the building itself to include comprehensive site enhancements, such as stormwater retention systems, paving, and utility infrastructure. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems were tailored to support Porsche’s advanced automotive service requirements, ensuring the facility can accommodate the next generation of EVs.
