ABOUT
Willmeng improved US Highway 70 and provided additional infrastructure as needed for a direct access to the new San Carlos Apache Skilled Nursing Facility. Crews removed existing asphalt, excavated and graded sections along Highway 70, and added an eastbound left-turn lane and a westbound right-turn lane to reduce traffic congestion. We constructed a new access road with asphalt paving, installed a cattleguard, guardrails, and culverts, and built fencing to secure the perimeter of the healthcare campus.
The team managed traffic control, implemented SWPPP measures, and protected the environment while maintaining safe travel conditions for six months.
