Sight Logistics Park

Sight Logistics is a ground-up industrial project that included the demolition of the previous office building and parking lot to make space for two tilt-panel shell warehouses totaling 356,904 SF. The project required extensive coordination with the City of Tempe, Southwest Gas, and SRP for the demolition of the utility services and the move of easements prior to demolishing the building. The fast-paced project was completed in 12 months and had several challenges such as a very small lay down area. This required logistics planning that includes off-site storage and transportation of joists, lumber, and other materials throughout the project. The team also created very large underground storm water retention area between the buildings.
