This public safety facility was constructed to enhance emergency response services in Surprise, Arizona. The station features four apparatus bays, a decontamination room, an SCBA storage room, a turnout gear locker room, and two EMS rooms to facilitate firefighter and paramedic operations. The living quarters include ten dormitories, a fitness room, a kitchen with a pantry, a dining room with patios, a day room, laundry facilities and five restrooms to enhance firefighter well-being, and administrative spaces include a community room, workstation areas, private offices, and a conference room to support operational efficiency.
Additionally, the facility houses a police substation featuring a public lobby, two private offices, a patrol officer workstation area, and secured officer parking, ensuring law enforcement presence within the community.
