Unified Foods Tenant Improvements

Willmeng completed tenant improvements and a large-scale rooftop solar installation at the 130,000 SF United Foods Dobbins Facility. The project included a 917.7 kW solar array featuring 1,608 Heliene 530W bi-facial modules, 16 SMA Sunny Tri-Power inverters, and KB Ekonorack racking across nearly 59,000 square feet of rooftop area.

The system incorporates a UL 3741 rapid shutdown design to enhance safety and code compliance, and is designed to support sustainable facility operations while helping reduce long-term energy costs for the tenant.
