University Building 4th Floor Tenant Build-Out

This project includes the new construction of grey shell space on the fourth floor of the University Building located in the Gilbert Heritage District.. The scope encompasses new classrooms, staff/faculty offices, shared workspaces, conference rooms, open concept student spaces, storage spaces, and restrooms. The construction also includes new audio-visual technology throughout to support the delivery of courses in multiple modalities and will accommodate all required synergies with other Town of Gilbert data and security infrastructure.
