USAA Norterra Campus White Thorn Improvements

This 15.3-acre site development on a LEED Gold campus is a park-like environment that included the construction of the new White Thorn North roadway from Norterra Parkway to Norterra Drive (interior campus loop road). It included relocating the main entrance to the large campus. The scope not only included a large roadway scope, but also the installation of new traffic islands, landscape, and hardscape to maintain the natural desert aesthetic established on the rest of the campus.
