Wentworth West 80

Representing the Valley’s continued industrial resurgence and evolution, Willmeng Construction broke ground on Wentworth West 80, an industrial spec building at 8001 West Buckley Road, on August 8. Totaling 379,828 SF, the building will consist of a cross-dock warehouse and office space.

Developed by Wentworth Property Company and designed by Butler Design Group, Wentworth West 80 required demolishing an existing concrete pad of an industrial site to make way for a modernized space that can meet today’s tenant needs. The cross-dock warehouse is designed with load-bearing concrete tilt-up exterior walls and a steel joist and grinder/wood panelized roof system. In addition to 36-foot clear heights, the building also features an EFSR sprinkler system for high pile storage and SES services with a total of 4,100 AMPS of power available.
