The Westech Business Center industrial project was designed to be sub-divided into a maximum of five potential future tenants. The building is dock-high on the east side with an existing 6′ high CMU screen wall, adding a layer or privacy for the truck court. The east side contains truck trailer parking and three drive-in dock ramps. The west side of the building has multiple recessed glass entries and parking for office use.
