At the 2022 Phoenix Business Journal Best Places to Work event, Willmeng was named #2 in the Large Business category! This was so exciting for our employees, but it also reflects such a story of growth we are proud of as we have ascended through the Micro, Small, and most recently, Mid-sized company rankings over the last ten years, consistently being ranked among the Top 10—including being named #1 in back-to-back years in Small and then Mid-sized companies. This is a tremendous point of pride because we are very intentional and focused on creating an excellent workplace environment for our employees to thrive, and this recognition among our contracting peers in the industry is an incredible milestone for us.
