The Reserve At San Tan – Phase 3

Located at The Reserve at San Tan, the Orsett owned property is in Phase III of building. Construction is underway on a set of two concrete tilt office buildings and a common area joining the two, totaling 157,000-square-feet. These new buildings will include a series of three-shaded sidewalks along the entry sides of each building that interconnect through the site. The landscaping for Phase III will complement phases I and II and maintain a ‘campus’ atmosphere. The construction marks the start of Phase III for the office complex.
