Additionally, construction of the metal fuel canopy addition, perform demolition and extend concrete slab for same, installation of the refrigerated test fuel modular storage and dispensing building, make modifications to the existing refrigerated fuel storage building, construct the drum fuel containment area, concrete apron and concrete curbing.
