With a record number of spectators at the Waste Management Open this year, Willmeng also had a very full schedule hosting some of the true leaders in commercial real estate at their suite. Held at TPC Scottsdale January 27 – February 2, the event was a great gathering of our many friends and colleagues who took time out of their busy schedules to spend the day with us.
Webb Simpson found himself in the TPC Scottsdale winner’s circle after yet another thrilling sudden-death playoff against perennial contender Tony Finau. Simpson, who won the 2012 U.S. Open, now has six wins on the PGA TOUR. The Waste Management Phoenix Open and the tournament host, the Thunderbirds, raised more than $14 million for Arizona charities, most of which provide programs that benefit youth.
