The topping-out marked the placement of the final steel beam signed by Willmeng team members and project partners. The 19,821 square-foot Performing Arts Center is located near E. Bell Road and N 98th St. in Scottsdale, Arizona and has a planned completion of March 2021.
The event was not open to the public in order to comply with CDC Guidelines and limited the gathering of large crowds. Attendees wore masks and socially distanced themselves but still showed appreciation for the project’s structural milestone.
“This building will serve as the new home for all the great performing arts this school has to offer and will house NDP Live, which will give the students access to a professional quality production studio setting,” shared DJ Anderson, Willmeng Project Manger. “The completion of this project will make a huge impact on the students, giving them the opportunity to grow their skills in all of these areas before heading off to their future endeavors.”
Willmeng is honored to be part of this great accomplishment for the students and faculty at Notre Dame Prep and the City of Scottsdale.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row]
