Willmeng Enjoying a day at The Phoenix Open’s 16th Hole

The 2016 Waste Management Phoenix Open saw record crowds, with more than 600 thousand people in attendance between February 1st and the 7th.  Saturday’s third round alone recorded a record breaking 201,000 people.

Among clients and associates, Willmeng Construction had some of the best seats in the house with unbeatable views from the iconic 16th Hole Skybox Village Loge Level.  The Par 3 Hole has become one of the most famous holes on the PGA Tour and “one of the most valued networking opportunities for corporate participants,” according to organizers of the event.

Coined “The Greatest Show on Grass,” The Phoenix Open is well-attended, it also attracts some of the biggest names in golf, and awards one of the largest payouts outside of a Masters tournament.

Hideki Matsuyama won a four-hole playoff against Rickie Fowler to win this year’s tournament.
