The Common will feature 130 Class A apartment units located on 32nd St., just north of Indian School Rd. in Phoenix. This location is nestled between the highly-sought after Biltmore and Arcadia neighborhoods, which feature premier shopping and dining and one of the prime office markets in the Valley.
The developer of The Common, Phoenix Rising Investments, has assembled a top-tier team to deliver this project to market. Funding was provided by Walker & Dunlap and PB Bell will serve as property manager. Nelsen Partners was the architectural firm on the project, with Willmeng serving as general contractor.
This residential infill project sits on 2.85 acres and will feature ground-floor retail and underground parking, bringing new residents and businesses to one of the most thriving neighborhoods in all of Phoenix while minimizing the parking impact. All told, The Common will comprise 207,000 square feet of apartments, retail and office space. Residents will have access to amenities that include a large clubhouse, a 1,400 SF fitness center and an amenity deck with gathering and activity spaces, as well as a resort-style swimming pool.
