Willmeng’s Keith Sabia Elected to the ABA Board of Directors

February 24, 2023 – PHOENIX — During the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) Chairman’s Installation and Auction, Willmeng Market Leader and Public Sector Partner Keith Sabia was elected to the ABA Board of Directors. 

Throughout his 30-year career, Sabia has delivered more than 80 high-quality, public projects on deadline and within the budget. At Willmeng, Sabia leads a dynamic and diverse team heavily experienced in the public and private sectors. This includes the active pursuit of charter schools, fire stations, public safety facilities, and aviation projects. Sabia is devoted to studying and learning the necessary functions, efficiencies, and building methods required to construct best-in-class facilities. 

Notable projects include San Tan Charter School, BASIS San Antonio (Shavano Campus), and Phoenix Sky Harbor Terminal 3: Indigenous-Mosaic.

Sabia graduated from the Arizona Builders Alliance’s Senior Executive Program and participated in its Leadership Development Forum. He is also on the CM Program Advisory Board for Northern Arizona University and is a member of the GFTA. Sabia has built nearly 50 fire-related projects, and completed FEMA’s Design Security class, earning a certification to conduct threat assessments for projects to uphold Homeland Security standards.

The Arizona Builders Alliance consists of the Arizona Chapters of the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) and the Associated General Contractors of America – Building Chapter (AGC). Representing over 300 member companies, the ABA leads its members and the construction industry toward increased production and profitability by educating their members, providing networking and business development opportunities, and having legislative advocacy on behalf of the Commercial Construction Industry.
