Willmeng Construction’s dedication to the community is seen at Fighter Country Partnership’s 10thAnnual Golf Classic. Willmeng sponsored the nonprofit’s annual fundraiser with all of the event proceeds helping make long overdue improvements to Luke Air Force Base (AFB).
The event was held May 17th at Wigwam Golf Club in Litchfield Park, AZ. The golf tournament is the primary funding mechanism for Fighter Country Partnership and its support for Luke Air Force Base.
Many Willmeng employees participated in the classic which included dressing in full combat uniforms while swinging their golf strokes.
Fighter Country Partnership (FCP) was founded in 1997 and is the leading community support and advocacy group for the aid, operation, and preservation of Luke Air Force Base. The purpose is to provide a high level of support for the men, women and families of Luke while furthering its ongoing mission – to train the world’s greatest fighter pilots and combat-ready Airmen!
