Willmeng Construction was honored to sponsor and participate in the 28th Annual Gary Pykare Bass Tournament held on April 9-12, 2018 at Roosevelt Lake. The three day event includes fishing, camping, dining and fellowship with all of the proceeds benefiting the Pykare Cancer Fund to help firefighters with cancer.
Hosted by the United Phoenix Firefighters Charities, the event is in memory of Phoenix Fire Captain Gary Pykare who passed away on May 12, 1996 from cancer caused by his many years of service as a firefighter. As a loved member of the department, Pykare reminded his colleagues and friends to “live your interview” and be the employee you promised yourself to be.
Registration for next year’s event will open in early 2019.
