Pinnacle Peak Rd., Suite A104, in Phoenix. Improvements included select demolition to the existing 1,775-square-foot office, adding 8,825 square feet of additional office space as well as insulating and conditioning a 30,000-square-foot warehouse.

“This project expanded Bossard Aerospace’s previous square footage with room for future expansion within the growing company. It also allows for an increase in productivity with proximity to shipping companies,” stated Willmeng Construction Project Manager Ray Collier.

Key improvements to the warehouse included adding dock and pit levelers with numerous electrical upgrades, and adding multiple restrooms as well as a restroom with a shower in the executive office. Additionally, a unique custom designed reception desk was constructed and lighting was installed to provide end-user customers a pleasant experience.

With less than three weeks prior to substantial completion, the tenant added $60,000 worth of electrical work throughout the warehouse, which was completed without extending substantial completion. When changes were provided, the Willmeng team acted immediately and proceeded without impacting the schedule by working weekends to meet the scheduled deadline. The project was completed on time and under budget.

Cawley Architects was the project architect and the developer was Duke/Griffin Pinnacle Peak, LLC. In addition to Collier, key team members from Willmeng included Mike Mongelli, silo leader; Ron Patterson, superintendent; Gail Randolph, construction administrator; and Thomas Jarvis, estimator.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
