Sam’s Club – Multiple Locations

Willmeng performed construction services to 136,000 square feet of space at multiple warehouse locations throughout the Phoenix area. These projects included remodels to all fresh areas including new freezers and coolers, new entry and exit vestibules, rework ADA parking areas, pharmacies, mezzanine offices and break rooms, downstairs offices, snack bars, receiving docks, new tire center equipment, polish floors, and installation of ACORN vacuum plumbing systems. The projects also included the remodel of two full-sized customer restrooms and three single restrooms.
