3,000-square-foot tenant improvement to create an advanced pediatric sleep lab facility. Work included the construction of four sleep rooms including integrated restrooms and showers. The facility includes audiovisual infrastructure to allow for monitoring of sleep studies and security of patients and families. Work required significant upgrades to the mechanical and electrical system to create a comfortable and safe setting for patients and their families.
