Size: 7,300 SF – 29,000 SF
Project Description: New tenant and site improvements to existing commercial shopping centers. Included in the scopes were: facade upgrades, interior demolition and improvements, vocational training areas, processing rooms, and employee break areas. Goodwill wanted to improve the environment for its workers, as well as for customers. The freshly painted walls and a new ceiling and lights brighten up the store. Other renovations included a new roof, a music system, more displays and an updated electrical system.
