Basis Schools Phoenix

10,000-square-foot renovation to add additional classrooms, music room and martial arts room. Work consisted of a full-scale tenant improvement in the downtown Phoenix mid-rise urban campus. Additional work included the occupied renovation of several existing classroom areas and modernization of campus restroom facilities. All work was completed between spring break and early summer while the campus was fully occupied.
