Willmeng completed nearly 5.1 million square feet of tenant improvement, renovation, and ground up construction in 2016. Its largest ground up project was Mach One, at 210,000 square feet. Major projects include renovations of the Esplanade, a Microsoft tenant improvement at Hayden Ferry, and 176,000 square feet of industrial improvements for Prologis.
