Project Description: Build out of shell space for COX’s Media division in a multi-story building. Willmeng worked around the existing tenants, including one that is operational 24/7. This high-tech media center included edit suites, graphics lab, teleconferencing area and conference rooms, independent offices strategically placed on the interior of the suite with glass fronts and cubicles at the exterior allowing sunlight into the work area. Brightly finished auxiliary support rooms, break, copy and huddle rooms completed the build out.
