The project consists of a 65,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for HVAC Equipment. Construction included a heavy electrical scope and installation of three bridge cranes. Coordination consisted of raising the roof approximately 25 feet to accommodate the end user who needed 30 tons of crane area. The project was initially over budget, but Willmeng worked with the client to provide some creative electrical and mechanical strategies to save the project valuable time and money. Daikin was completed in about seven weeks due to a need for a fast-track schedule.
