2018 Mid Year Retreat

As summer nears closer, Willmeng Construction leadership is ramping up coordination efforts for its annual mid-year retreat in Flagstaff, Ariz., which consists of a weekend of relaxation, entertainment, good eats, reflection on the value of the company’s culture and lots of laughs.

More than 70 employees, 55 spouses and 60 children attended last year’s retreat at Little America Hotel, enjoying activities such as hiking, zip-lining, swimming, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding at Lake Mary as well as a children’s fishing tournament and adult corn hole competition to name a few. Those involved with coordinating the event say employees should be ready for another action-packed, fun-filled weekend.
