This project was one of the largest to be built in Arizona history and the largest private development/construction project in the Valley in 2019.
The Douglas Allred Company took agriculture-zoned property and transformed it into a corporate campus. With Park Place’s estimated annual economic impact of $1.4 billion, it has created more than 2,000 construction jobs and employ 9,691 professionals.
This is an example of how true partnership accelerated the building process to create a facility with the ability to execute multiple billions in national defense contracts in Chandler, spur more corporate relocations, increase jobs and continue to drive economic development in the area.
Through this new facility, the aerospace footprint in Chandler continues to grow, with nearly $180 million in payroll contributed to the local economy, with plans to hire more in 2020. Thank you to the Douglas Allred Company, Balmer Architectural Group, and all of our trade partners who made this project a giant success for Chandler and the aerospace industry.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
