Phoenix Country Day School – Arts And Science Renovation

25,000-square-foot renovation of the existing premier Private High School’s Science and Art Center to modernize the facility and bring it to post-secondary standards. The programming for the facility included Science Laboratories, Digital Laboratories, Art Rooms, a Sound Studio, Fabrication Shops for Metal, Wood and Robotics, and all new faculty spaces. The building required sustainability upgrades including new LED light fixtures and energy efficient mechanical systems. All work was expedited to be performed between spring break and the start of fall semester. All work was completed on an occupied campus.
