Project Description: Raymond James is a first generation build out of 6,000 square feet in the heart of Tempe. Walking into the lobby sets your expectations for the suite, with Travertine tile, pendant lights and high-end wall covering. A view from the lobby into the glass enclosed conference room reveals a collaborative work space with coffee/tea service. Continuing down the tiled hallway leads you to the conservatively appointed broker offices with support staff areas strategically placed nearby. Construction of copy, file, storage, break and server rooms completed the build out.
