The Reserve At San Tan – Phase 2

Located at The Reserve at San Tan, the Orsett owned property is a new 104,000-square-foot concrete tilt office building and is mezzanine ready for up to 168,000 square feet total. This new building is the fourth in the office park and includes CMU accents and a steel entry canopy/trellis with 10/1,000 surface parking which surrounds the building. The project site includes premium ground cover and heartier tree selection to accent the building and minimize any heat gain. The construction marks the start of Phase II for the office complex.
