The Willie Itule project consisted of a 70,000-square-foot warehouse renovation including the addition of 13,000 square feet of new office space. Work also included coordination to accommodate 30,000 square feet of owner provided cooler/freezer installation. Willmeng performed significant work that was required to accommodate repairs and grinding of the existing concrete slab in the facility to create a smooth, like new condition for its new use. The cooler is divided into eight individually controlled and monitored sections which is maintained at optimal temperature for food safety, freshness and quality.
