As the hustle and bustle of a new school year sweeps across Arizona, we take a moment to extend our warmest back-to-school wishes to all school business officials. The Willmeng team had the privilege of connecting with you before the summer’s end at the 70th Annual AASBO Conference and Expo, an event that brought together professionals dedicated to shaping the educational landscape. Today, we reflect on the insightful sessions and fantastic interactions with our colleagues from across the industry.

To everyone who visited our booth, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. At booth #6, the Willmeng team was honored to be a part of this vibrant event. Our goal was to provide attendees with a sneak peek into our capabilities and to engage in meaningful conversations about the intersection of education and infrastructure. We believe that the physical environment plays a pivotal role in nurturing effective learning spaces, and it was enlightening to hear your perspectives on this matter.

The conference provided a valuable opportunity for us to share our insights and expertise and, more importantly, to learn from you about the challenges and aspirations that drive your work in the education sector.

The Arizona Association of School Business Officials (AASBO) has been a driving force in promoting excellence in school business administration for decades. The 70th Annual AASBO Conference & Expo was a testament to the organization’s commitment to fostering professional growth and development within the field of education. This four-day event was designed to bring together school business officials and business associates, providing a platform for knowledge exchange, skill enhancement, and networking.

AASBO’s mission to provide support and professional development opportunities aligns with our commitment to innovation and progress in our respective fields. The conference not only showcased keynote speakers and technical sessions but also facilitated crucial conversations about accounting, finance, technology, facilities management, and more—elements that collectively contribute to a thriving educational ecosystem.

In closing, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to AASBO for hosting this impactful event and to all attendees for their active participation. As we step into a new academic year, we carry with us the insights and connections gained at the 70th Annual AASBO Conference and Expo. Our team has had the great pleasure of working at many educational institutions across the state, from building new schools to improving existing education spaces. Through our work, we have witnessed firsthand the significant impact these institutions have had on education, research, and Arizona’s future! Together, we contribute to the growth and success of Arizona’s educational landscape.
