Each year Willmeng selects a group of promising and motivated youth from all around the nation to participate in Willmeng’s internship program. Starting in May, the interns are exposed to all aspects of construction. They spend time both in the field and in the office, undergoing rotations through accounting, safety, estimating, operations, business development and marketing.
Willmeng’s all-encompassing and rigorous internship program develops young talent to create future leaders in the industry. Year after year, interns gain practical experience they can take back with them to their studies. With 15 interns, representing seven different universities and one high school, the 2020 class will be returning to school by the end of the month of August.
