On Saturday, May 1st, Willmeng attended the Help Fill the Toy Closet Golf Tournament at Whirlwind Golf Club – Wild Horse Pass.

During this year’s event, Willmeng Superintendents, Nathan Wolfel and Rick Meyer paired up to conquer the “Beat the Pro,” hole (pictured above). Then on the “Men’s Closest to the Pin” competition, Rick was commended for his incredible shot and awarded a prize for getting the ball less than inches from the hole (pictured above).

Willmeng has participated as a platinum sponsor at Help Fill the Toy Closet Foundation’s annual golf tournament for many years in which all proceeds benefit the children at the Banner Children’s / Cardon Children’s Medical Center. The passion for supporting this organization came from Willmeng CEO, James Murphy, after his daughter Audrey received life-saving care at Cardon Children’s Medical Center many years ago.

Read Audrey Murphy’s story to learn more about Willmeng’s connection with Cardon Children’s.
